Information For Hirer's



We always aim to deliver ourselves where possible, that way we can guarantee our clients receive the equipment where and when they want it.  This isn't always possible, and sometimes we have to rely on couriers.  If we have to use a courier, you will be informed immediately. If we have a commencement date and time from our clients, then we will always aim to dispatch the equipment in enough time to allow for courier delays, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Within the M25, we charge from £20+VAT for each collection or delivery between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.  Any deliveries outside of these times, or at weekends, but still within the M25 area, will be charged from £25+VAT.  If you are outside of the M25 area, please ask for a quote, and we will provide you with the cheapest alternative, be it our drivers or a reputable courier company. All hires above the value of £250+VAT will be delivered free within the London area.

Return of Equipment

If you wish to collect or return the equipment yourselves, that's great, but please be aware that it needs to be returned by 12pm the following day. Any items returned after this time will risk incurring another hire charge equal to 50% of the daily rate.  If the items are not returned by 6pm the following day, then a full day's hire charge will be added to the invoice.

If it has been previously agreed that Superduck will collect the equipment, but Superduck are unable to either collect, or arrange collection of the equipment by 12pm of the following day, no additional charges will be incurred.


While we aim to maintain our competitive pricing policy, we reserve the right to amend prices, and kit specifications, without notice.
